UK rock trio, Bad Wolf, introduced themselves last September with a scorching debut ‘Addiction To Fiction’/’Hot Lunch’. Within a year there’s a groundswell of good feedback. In Spring they released ‘Too Much Too Young’, played the live-stream music show Play hard and won the seeds of international interest, and gig offers. This is hooky, anthemic, home grown rock at its best. “Catchier than crabs on the set of TOWIE!” (Victimede la Mode). Summer has been spent on material for the debut album next year. Bad Wolf gear up for more shows, starting on local East End turf;
15th September; Bridgehouse 2, Bidder Street, Canningtown, London E16 4ST. Doors 7.30pm – £5. Star Lane (DLR), and Canning Town(tube/DLR)
12th October; Jubilee, The Barfly, 49 Chalk Farm Road,Camden London NW1 8AN. Doors 10pm. Chalk Farm and Camden Town tubes.
More live dates/sessions are being sought and confirmed, and independent radio play is starting. Catch them up close. "Preciously pompous, fantastically flamboyant and gratuitously grandiose, Bad Wolf rock like a band far beyond their years and are surely destined to headline festivals and arena shows very soon!" (This Is A Popscene). Mathias Upton-Hansen (drums), Edward Batchelor (bass/vocals) and Simon Harris (vocals/guitar).
