Fleurie Releases “Sirens” Video
February 16, 2016 (Nashville, TN) — Nashville electro-pop artist Fleurie has unveiled a new video for “Sirens,” her latest single which was released on January 8th. The track was originally premiered by new music blog Hillydilly, which commented: “The dark, cinematic piece is definitely a change of pace from her other offerings… Its change in nature allows listeners to grasp the full scope of what songwriting and production prowess she has, and, despite the overall darkness of the track, her talent shines incredibly bright throughout it all.”
“We wrote ‘Sirens’ with the desire to capture the emotion of heartache and loss,” reflects Fleurie. “The way the world seems to swirl around you in slow motion when you receive devastating news, often with sirens echoing in the background. It’s a sad song but a much-needed lament for those left reeling in the wake of all our world has been suffering as of late.”
“Sirens” follows the release of Fleurie’s recent EP,Arrows, out September 4, 2015. This year she’ll be showcasing behind the scenes videos documenting the Arrows EP recording process, as well as a music video for each of the five tracks on Arrows.
