Jeremy and The Harlequins EP Out Now
“Doo-wop garage revivalists Jeremy And The Harlequins straddle decades in their anachronistic single Cam Girl.” – CMJ
“…with that kicked-in speaker distortion hitting you like a blast of rock salt to the chest, it’s clear this is a song that’s meant to be felt.” – WNYC
“…recapturing the early days of rock and roll before over produced, auto-tuned songs became the radio norm.” – Buzznet
In an era of digitized, recycled beats, Brooklyn-based quintet Jeremy and The Harlequins are a welcome breath of fresh air. A modern, energizing take on the best of classic American rock & roll, the band’s sound conjures inspiration from the likes of Roy Orbison, Buddy Holly, and Elvis Presley. Jeremy and The Harlequins released their self-titled debut EP in December of last year.
Jeremy and The Harlequins EP cut “Cam Girl” opens with handclaps & a flurry of guitar, rapidly launching into harmonious, upbeat vocals & a deliciously infectious chorus. Complete with tongue-in-cheek lyrics, the track is testament to the band’s signature live, present & passionate sound. Today, the band reveals the accompanying video (directed by Maya Fuhr): a bright, colorful oeuvre that perfectly fits the song’s motifs. The “Cam Girl” video premiered with CMJ, and is available below.

They’ll take their irresistibly dynamic live show on the road this May with a string of Northeastern tour dates, including stops in Washington, DC, Philadelphia, and a hometown throwdown in Brooklyn!
