‘LOVE & HATE NOMINATED FOR 2016 MERCURY PRIZE
OCTOBER UK HEADLINE TOUR
Michael Kiwanuka’s critically acclaimed second album Love & Hate has been nominated for this year’s Mercury Prize.
The record, released on the 15th July 2016 through Polydor Records, debuted at number one in the UK album charts, with almost unanimous praise from the media. Produced by Danger Mouse and Inflo, Love & Hate was recorded in London and LA throughout late 2014 and early 2015.
It’s the second time Michael has been nominated for the Mercury Prize, having been given the nod for his debut album, Home Again, back in 2012.
