MIR FONTANE DROPS LONG AWAITED
“FRANK OCEAN” MUSIC VIDEO
[June 11, 2017 – New York, NY] Camden rapper, Mir Fontane releases his long awaited visuals for his viral hit, “Frank Ocean.”
The Taj Francois and Eric Cortes-directed video takes place in Mir’s hometown of Camden, NJ. Reminiscent of the infamous boom box scene from The Breakfast Club, Mir is positioned outside of his former girl’s home asking for the same devotion she gives to Drake, J. Cole, and of course, Frank Ocean. The visuals are a metaphoric representation of Mir’s relationship with his fans and industry insiders. Admiring the mentioned artists, Mir still is pushing to be your favorite rapper.
Since it’s release two weeks ago, “Frank Ocean” has been averaging almost 20k spins a day just on Spotify, landed on Spotify’s Canadian and Australian Viral Charts (top 10 in Australia), and reached #14 on HypeMachine. The Kenif Muse-produced track is a guaranteed summer hit amongst Internet music lovers.
Recently, Mir announced that his forthcoming EP, Camden will be released on June 23rd. Take a look at Mir Fontane‘s “Frank Ocean” below.
