Shane de Troublemaker by Three Six Six
Ingredients (single serve): 25ml The Pogues Irish Whiskey, 10ml Muscovado, Vanilla and Coffee Beans Syrup, 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters, 8 dashes of Aztec Chocolate Bitters, 5g of TSS Botanical Mix and fresh orange peel to garnish.
Method: Add all the ingredients into a shaker, top up with ice cubes and shake vigorously. Pour your drink over the ice cubes, smoke and cover with the top.
Fairytale of New York by Three Six Six
Ingredients (single serve): 25ml Pogues Irish Whiskey, 20ml Ancho Syrup, 40ml Orange Shrub, 20ml Aperol, 3 spays of Cynar.
Method: Add all the ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously. Pour your drink through a strainer and enjoy.
