The acclaimed Norwegian songstress released her three previous albums for the first time in the UK at the beginning of April through Sonnet Sound. Sundfør’s back catalogue albums range from experimental electronica in ‘A Night At Salle Pleyel’ to a live recording of her debut album, ‘Take One’. ‘The Brothel’ is a stand out album, being released in 2010 and went on to become the biggest selling album of the year in Norway. These releases reveal her depth of talent and a modern complexity rarely seen in solo artists. Each one reveals the story of how one of the most compelling singer songwriters in the world found her voice.

Last year saw Susanne Sundfør’s original breed of dark electronic music and beguiling vocals draw huge critical acclaim for her first UK album release ‘The Silicone Veil’ and first UK headline show at St Pancras Old Church. Sundfør ended the year contributing guest vocals to Röyksopp’s new track ‘Running To The Sea’, with the three of them performing live on Norwegian tv show Lydverket, and resulting in the track scaling the heights of the Hype Machine chart. All on top of Susanne’s huge success in Norway where ‘The Silicone Veil’ reached Number One earlier that year and propelled her to popstar status in her native country.
