Bio: Faced with an increasingly stagnant post-hardcore landscape, Philadelphia-based five-piece 20 Days In formed in June 2010 as an effort to channel a wide range of influences toward a new, unique, and accessible direction.

In 2010, 20 Days In released a 5 song demo title ‘2010 Demo’. The result yielded a sound that is both refreshingly diverse and comfortingly familiar in its innovative union of post-hardcore, indie, and alternative rock. 20 Days In’s bold strides in the 2010 Demo were received warmly, calling to mind for many the qualities of Circa Survive, Tool, Dance Gavin Dance, and Avenged Sevenfold, among many others. Right after the release of their 2010 Demo they hit the music scene hard with show dates, some touring, and shared the stage with such acts as Silverstein (Hopeless/Universal/Victory Records), Conditions (Good Fight Music), and HRVRD (Equal Vision Records).

In 2012, 20 Days In followed up their 2010 Demo with the EP release “Align: Explode”. “Align: Explode” was recorded by John Ferrara (Trophy Scars) and mixed/mastered by Chris Badami (The Starting Line, The Early November, The Dillinger Escape Plan). The EP received positive reviews, showcasing the bands talents, and proved a step forward in the bands development.

In 2013, 20 Days In released their third EP “Propagation”. “Propagation” was recorded/mixed by Bruce Wiegner (Victory In Numbers, Bullet Tooth Records, Trustkill Records) and mastered by Azimuth Mastering (The Wonder Years, Balance and Composure). “Propagation” is a fresh release, opening the bands sound, and involving even more intricacies. The release takes a step from hardcore influences and dabbles in progressive rock, alternative, indie, alt rock, and more, while still keeping an aggressive edge!
20 Days In continues to push boundaries and strive toward originality. With such a broad and rich array of techniques and influences to draw from, it is impossible to predict precisely how 20 Days In will sound next, but one thing is certain: you haven’t heard anything quite like it before.

20 Days In “Propagation” is currently streaming on the 20 Days In youtube channel.
