With Dredd strangely absent — and no one seemingly being able to remember the name — and the metropolis under psychic attack following the manifestation of the Black Tower (see Meg 492 for all the head-spinning deets), it falls upon former psi-Judge turned private investigator Lana Locke (introduced in Prog 2470) to team up with fellow P.I. The demonpossessed psi-operative Dee has discovered a Sov plot to free the spirit of Leroy Tamerlain (The Haunting of Sector House 9’s psi-perp) from the walls of Bleeke Mansion.
