Last Night From Glasgow Hive presents The Muldoons

Last Night From Glasgow are delighted to announce the release of Made for Each Other, the debut album from The Muldoons on Friday 10th July 2020 via our Hive subsidiary.

Recorded at Studio 1790 in Cumbernauld and mastered by Paul McGeechan at La Chunky Studios in Glasgow, Made For Each Other pays homage to the alternative music of yesteryear.

A memoir of “growing up, getting drunk and falling in and out of love every week” in the band’s hometown of Paisley, Made For Each Other features anthemic three-chord post-punk accompanied by brass and string compositions.

The release of Made for Each Other will be preceded by the release of their brand new single, In Love Again, which will be released on all digital platforms on Friday 19th June 2020.

Originally formed in the early 90s, The Muldoons are a 5-piece outfit comprising of childhood friends who bonded over an enthusiasm for three chord post-punk and alternative music whilst growing up in their native Paisley, Scotland.

The Muldoons reformed in 2018 for a supposed one-off hometown show. Energised by the success of the sold out show, The Muldoons embarked on a recording project which has yielded their debut album.

Made for Each Other by The Muldoons will be released on all digital platforms and on vinyl on Friday 10th July 2020 on Last Night From Glasgow Hive.
