Dealing With Damage started 2020 in great shape. Their debut album ‘Ask The Questions’ had just been released on CD and digitally via Little Rocket Records to some great reviews, and a couple of fantastic gigs with their Norwegian friends Danger! Man and Lucky Malice got the band all fired up for the year ahead, looking forward to taking all of the songs crafted for ‘Ask The Questions’ to any stage that would have them and…well, you know what happened next.
So, with live music off the cards for the rest of 2020, Dealing With Damage got busy between lockdowns writing new songs that will eventually form a second LP and planned the vinyl release of ‘Ask More Questions’. And finally, after fighting covid, Brexit and near six-month lead times to get vinyl pressed, it’s finally here!
Now titled ‘Ask More Questions’, on account of the vinyl featuring two bonus tracks – ‘Making Plans For Misery’ and ‘Lady Day’ – recorded summer 2019 at the legendary No Recording Studio, situated on a farm in Rayleigh Essex with recording supremo John Hannon at the controls, and released as the digital EP ‘Home Security’, now getting their debut vinyl release.
