“Again And Again is a song inspired by the ups and downs of navigating a new relationship in the digital age. So many of my close friends have been having the “what are we?” talk with friends that they want to be more than friends with. It’s exhilarating, exhausting, and confusing for everyone – and it can often feel like an endless cycle of “are we friends?” or “are we more than friends?” until someone says something. This song is meant to encourage and sympathize with anyone who finds themself in such a situation.”

Biography

Through a life of seeing sounds and hearing color, 20 year-old electronic artist and producer Annie Elise is inspired by her synesthesia. Originally a classically trained violinist, Annie’s interest in electronic music stems from the neurological condition, even referring to herself as a “conductor for color” as she creates music that produces colors she likes to see. 

After giving a talk about synesthesia at TEDxLancaster with over 115k+ views, she has been an active songwriter, producer, engineer, and instrumentalist for a number of different artists and projects. Now focusing on herself, Annie is ready to show the electronic music scene all she has to offer. As an active producer for Dawn Patrol Music in Los Angeles with over 3 million views on TikTok, the world has only just begun to hear the sounds and colors of Annie Elise.
