Portland act MAITA will release their new album I Just Want To Be Wild For You this Friday February 18 on Kill Rock Stars, available across all platforms here. The record has received acclaim spanning NPR, Under The Radar, KEXP, FLOOD, BUST, Portland Mercury and more! Pairing vulnerable lyricism with layers of distorted guitars and drums, the final preview track “Where Do You Go?” is released today alongside a dizzying video.
A beat-driven, pop-rock anthem that features 90’s inspired guitars, a lilting verse that leads to a catchy, cathartic chorus, the song examines the desperate desire to understand everything there is to know about your romantic partner.
