KITSUNÉ BECOMES THE RECORD LABEL OF THE FUTURE WITH KITSUNÉ HOT STREAM

Well known for its famous compilations and quality talent since its creation, Kitsuné delves further down the innovative and musical curation path.

Now that the music market is finally turning to streaming, Kitsuné – always ahead of its time – reaches its largest streaming revenues – even exceeding its download revenues – in two years. 60% of the label revenues come from those services, thus generating a community of over 500,000 users.

Kitsuné launches a new streaming, music curation service ‘KITSUNÉ HOT STREAM’ on 14th October.

It’ll be available on You Tube, Apple Music, Spotify and Deezer. Here’s the You Tube link that will go live on 14th Oct – https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCU0L44_H4apcuhWsorff2og

Following the spirit that has forged its reputation and trademark, Kitsuné wishes to continue to satisfy this community of music lovers by launching Kitsuné Hot Stream. Hosted on YouTube and other platforms like Apple Music, Deezer and Spotify, Kitsuné Hot Stream combines music and a selection of other forms of art, showcasing a new generation of emerging talents.

Every week, Kitsuné Hot Stream will offer its community fresh musical discoveries highlighted by the works of a visual artist (an illustrator, a photographer, a graphic artist, or even a painter). The record label thus creates a virtual gallery in order to keep satisfying and expanding its community, always in search of new musical and artistic treats.

Kitsuné is once more a step ahead of the perpetual changes in the music consumption landscape and adds another string to its bow beyond its releases. It is a new way to assert the independence of the label while Kitsuné continues to focus on its initial and pioneering message : mixing the worlds of music and design for a unique experience.

Along with this digital project initiated by the record label, Kitsuné will invite the chosen illustrator each month to expose his work at the Café Kitsuné (Filles du Calvaire, Paris). The virtual gallery will thus become an actual exhibition. Our first guests are the couple of comtemporary artists and animators, Mrzyk & Moriceau. The two artists, especially famous for having crafted the videos, ‘Look’ for Sébastien Tellier and ‘Don’t Be Light’ for Air, also designed the logo of Kitsuné Hot Stream.
