Man Made new video – BBC Radio1 ‘Record of The Week’ – Forum show tonight with Johnny Marr
MAN MADE NAMED BBC RADIO ONE ‘RECORD OF THE WEEK’, PERFORM LONDON FORUM SHOW WITH JOHNNY MARR AND RELEASE NEW ‘BRING SOME’ EP THIS WEEK
“A clarion call to the indolent generation” NME
“A narcotised haze of slurred guitar lines and mantra-like melodies” Q Magazine
“Gnarly, tattered indie rock ain’t never gonna grow old. Especially when it’s delivered with the chutzpah, the guts and the sheer bloody-mindedness of Man Made” Clash Magazine
“Confident, assured, and so driven it threatens to teeter off the edge” DIY Magazine
“Crashing power pop” Classic Rock Magazine
Following a string of lauded single releases and thrilling UK tours across 2015, the rising Manchester-based 3-piece Man Made wrap up their UK tour with Johnny Marr this week, release a brand new EP ‘Bring Some’ (out October 23rd), and have also been named as Huw Stephens ‘Record Of The Week’ on BBC Radio One.
With a seemingly natural flair for song-writing and melody, supported by both their striking musicianship and stellar live shows, Man Made have quickly earned themselves a reputation as one of the most exciting acts to watch out for in 2015.

The trio have already found themselves sharing stages with the likes of Jake Bugg, Broken Social Scene, Superfood, Honeyblood and Kid Wave, performing on the NME ‘New Breed’ tour, and a host of festival slots including Reading & Leeds, The Isle Of Wight Festival and Latitude.
Closer to home the band have been quietly piecing together a creative collective of musicians, artists, promoters, filmmakers and charity activists. Curating some of Manchester’s most exciting and secretive events, including house parties that have seen homes filled to bursting, unique collaborative events with rising talented artists, sell out refugee benefit shows and fantastical fancy dress Halloween parties. Not content with just sitting back, Man Made are building their own Manchester scene, brick by brick.
The trio’s rapid rise is really no surprise for a group whose early single releases are as inventive and infectious as ‘TV Broke My Brain’ and ‘Carsick Cars’. And the trend continues on the new EP, with three stand-out tracks that feel both immediately recognisable and classic, whilst still remaining uniquely the sound of Man Made.
Lead track and BBC Radio1 ‘Record of The Week’, ‘Bring Some’ is the first glimpse of the new EP and is probably Man Made at their finest, delivering joyous guitar hooks and a vocal melody that is hard to escape from, it’s a live favourite and it’s easy to see why.
The ‘Bring Some’ EP is released on October 23rd 2015, available from all good digital stores. Man Made’s debut album is set for release in early 2016.
