Yorkshire born pop-grunge-psyche-shoegaze-rock quintet Allusondrugs make a strong start to 2016 before it’s even begun, with the announcement of an extensive run of UK dates as part of the ScuzzTV presents UK Throwdown.
The tour is a 16-date, revolving-headline run of shows that also features Press To Meco and Max Raptor along for the adventure.
As you read this, Allusondrugs are finishing up a run of UK shows with We Are The Ocean and Tall Ships which – aside from a couple of “local” headline shows in Leeds and Sheffield – marks the end of a very busy year for the band.
Allusondrugs kicked off 2015 supporting Enter Shikari on their Mindsweep Tour dates, before heading into an extensive UK headline jaunt of their own. A smattering of festivals, the release of a video for Sunset Yellow, the Magic College / Her Crown double-A-side 7” on Too Pure, a limited CD EP release, and a co-headline tour with fellow Yorkshiremen Brawlers all helped to keep the band occupied throughout the year.
