Set for release on January 15th, 2016, Not To Disappear is Daughter’s second album and find the London-based trio making confident strides forward both sonically and lyrically. Elena, Igor and Remi spent the summer in New York recording Not To Disappear with Nicolas Vernhes (Deerhunter, War On Drugs, Animal Collective) at his Rare Book Room studio in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Profoundly ruminative and lugubrious, bold and direct, it’s arguably even more assertive and compelling than its much-lauded predecessor, their 2013 debut If You Leave.
