Jerry Paper’s smooth, soulful rock is idiosyncratic, witty and tongue-in-cheek. Musically it recalls Steely Dan in its jazz / soft-rock stylings, as well as the artful intelligence of Sparks, and eccentric delivery of David Byrne.

In addition to Tavares as co-producer, Nathan also brought on Weyes Blood, Mild High Club’s Alex Brettin, and vocalist Charlotte Day Wilson as collaborators.

Known for his transfixing, extraordinary onstage antics, Jerry Paper is currently bringing his show across the country on the ‘Stones Throw Tour 2018’ backed by a full band and joined by label-mates Kiefer, Prophet and Stimulator Jones (+select shows with Mndsgn).

Next Friday October 19th, he will play Brooklyn’s National Sawdust and on December 13th he will play a headlining set at LA’s El Rey- all confirmed dates below.
