Depeche Mode Announce Press Conference

Depeche Mode have sparked rumours of a new album by confirming that they are to hold a press conference in Paris on October 23rd.

The legendary group have spent much of 2012 in the studio working on new material with the focus being on a potential release date for 2013.
Taking place on October 23rd the event will start at 1.30pm and is to be broadcast live online. According to the press release Depeche Mode are planning “an exciting announcement”
Could this be news of the forthcoming record and even a tour?

Dave Gahan mentioned in an interview earlier this year with Clash Music magazine that the band had recorded “probably close to 20 songs and they’re starting to get in pretty good shape”
