Morrissey brings his live show to London this Saturday

FIRST LIVE REVIEWS FOR 2020 SHOW A MORRISSEY AT THE TOP OF HIS GAMESATURDAY’S UPCOMING WEMBLEY ARENA SHOW IS UP NEXT

Morrissey’s live shows for 2020 are starting off right where he left off on last Autumn’s U.S. run (with special guests Interpol) as well as last Summer’s Broadway theatre stint.  Reviews of those critically acclaimed treks went on and on about how great Moz has been sounding as of late, and Friday night’s tour opener for 2020 in a nearly sold out Leeds Arena was certainly no different. Of course this time Morrissey is performing a series of launch events for his upcoming new album of original material, ‘I Am Not A Dog on a Chain’. 

As Morrissey’s 13th Solo Album, and 2nd studio album for BMG Records, ‘I Am Not A Dog On A Chain’, is set to be released on March 20th, 2020. 

The album, produced by Grammy award winning producer Joe Chicarelli (Beck, Tori Amos, The Strokes, The Killers, The White Stripes, The Raconteurs, etc), and recorded at Studio La Fabrique in Saint- Rémy de Provence, France, and Sunset Sound in Hollywood, California, also  saw it’s first single, ‘Bobby Don’t You Think They Know?’, featuring backing vocals by legendary R+B Icon Thelma Houston, released to great critical and fan response. Of the new album, Chicarelli has said.. “This is his boldest and most adventurous album yet. He has pushed the boundaries yet again – both musically and lyrically. And once again proving that as a songwriter and singer, he is in his own category. In truth, no one can be Morrissey but Morrissey!
