Gorelust To Reform
Canadian Death Metal band Gorelust are to reform after twelve years. The band split after only three years together in 1996. They are set to head back into the studio next year. In their short time together the band released a demo record a split CD as well as a full length album ‘Reign Of Lunacy’. Eighteen years after its initial release, ‘Reign Of Lunacy’ is finally going to be available again. Label owner Remi Cote had this to say about the reissue:
“I have released this album 18 years ago and I just feel it is the right time to reissue this ass kicking cd again. No more crappy bootlegs from the Italian labels that ripped me and my partner off years ago, and no more copies at $100 on Ebay… that is ridiculous. Now it’s time to listen to what Gorelust was capable of… and yes, they are still amazing to listen to 18 years later”
Reign of Lunacy was released by NWS Records and was limited to 1000 units, later on bootlegged by Cryptic Soul Productions from Italy with an horrible version of the front cover… this is your chance to finally own your copy of this superb album, which is a must for metal fans into old Suffocation and Monstrosity amongst other similar bands.
