Southbank Centre – Your culture fix
We turned inside out to bring you new events with Angela Davis and John Cleese. Plus, our weekly selection of online arts content.
It’s time – we’re back with over 40 online events, streaming direct from our venues in our new autumn series, Inside Out. From Thursday, pep up your evenings in with talks from writers and changemakers such as Angela Davis and Claudia Rankine, orchestral music streaming from the Royal Festival Hall and lively conversations with well-known faces, including Dawn French and John Cleese.
Until then, take a closer look at our Everyday Heroes exhibition, jazz up your afternoon with our kicky tunes, or try a deceptively simple recipe for chicken curry.

Recipe: chicken curry from The Indians Next Door
Did your groovy dancing upset your flatmates or irk your spouse? Get back into their good books by whipping up a delicious dinner, based on a food market favourite.

Jimmy’s BBQ Club has fired up its grills and Applebee’s Fish restaurant is offering fish and chips by the Thames. Plus, we’re plating up street food every weekend at our food market.
We continue to face challenges and uncertainty as we look to our future. If you feel that you can make a donation, no matter how small, you will be making a huge difference.
