Plays the Music of Twin Peaks turns 5!
To mark the 5-Year anniversary of Plays the Music of Twin Peaks,
Xiu Xiu’s Jamie Stewart and Angela Seo returned to The White Lodge (in this case, Xiu Xiu’s NURSE studios) to resurrect their previously unreleased cover of “A Real Indication,” originally written by David Lynch and Twin Peaks composer, Angelo Badalamenti.
Originally featured in the 1992 series prequel film, Fire Walk With Me, Xiu Xiu’s cover of “A Real Indication” features contributions from drummer David Kendrick (Gleaming Spires, Devo, Sparks) and arco double bassist Jherek Bischoff, original producer of Plays the Music of Twin Peaks.
