New Single Out March 24th via Island Records. NME Show @ Electrowerkz – Wednesday Feb 6th
Tribes are back with their second album, ‘Wish To Scream’ on May 20. The first single proper to be released will be the epic How The Other Half Live. An instant anthem which is sure to please their hoards of fans who recently had their appetites whet with a free download of Wrapped Up In A Carpet’ in late 2012 – just 11 months after they released their debut album ‘Baby’.

‘How The Other Half Live’ is one of two tracks written by Dan White on the album. It compiles his run-ins with police, bouncers, ticket inspectors and other institutionalised bullies into a brash Sreamadelic blues rocker condemning power-hungry authority figures in all their forms.

“A mash of filthy British glam rock, retrovivalism and sepia-classic Americana” – NME

‘Wish To Scream’ was produced by Kevin Augunas and recorded at the famed Sound City Studio in LA, where Nirvana’s ‘Nevermind’ and Fleetwood Mac’s ‘Rumours’ were brought to life.

Tribes just kicked off a small UK run of shows to hone the new album on the live stage – a place they utterly thrive. All shows on this run have sold out bit further touring news for May will follow soon.
