ATL-based Queen Of Da Souf rapper Latto brought out the Democratic candidate for Governor of Georgia, Stacey Abrams, last night (10/22) during her opener set for her hometown Atlanta show on Lizzo’s The Special Tour.

Stacey came out during Latto’s performance of her timely single and video “PUSSY” (click here to listen / click here to watch), which is a reply to the overturning of Roe v. Wade that happened in the summer.

Stacey held a “My Body, My Choice” sign while Latto performed the track. Then Latto gave Stacey the mic and the stage where Stacey to encourage fans to vote and stand up for their rights. Latto cheered from the side and they embraced before her set ended.

Latto has been outspoken on issues regarding women’s rights in addition to using her music platform – she donated a portion of the proceeds from her “PUSSY” release to Planned Parenthood and also teamed up with them to do a PSA. She continues to speak up and emphasize the importance of voting/standing up for yourself and your rights with her fans.
