At a loose end? ease the day with lots of stalls, arcadia even maybe, a trip to the other field or an acoustic stage, but take a note around lunch time – By The Rivers play Glastonbury – CATCH THEM AT 2:15PM ON The BBC Introducing Stage
After a six-hour traffic-jam through Central Germany, the boys are back on British soil for the biggest festival of the year! It’s been worth the journey, though.
With a combined set with fellow Leicesterite Izzy Marie Hill, this is going to be a site to behold! (Excuse the “festival site” pun). The BBC Introducing Stage will be playing host to frankly the BEST the East-Midlands has to offer. And yes, that does mean they’ll be better live than Jake Bugg (and he’s been pretty good!).
By The Rivers are still available for interviews all day TODAY for interviews, so for all you cool-kids with internet connectivity and electricity power sources in a massive field hit me up!
Oh, and on a completely un-musical note, the Glastonbury a field is, according to BBC Dimensions, almost as big as Leicester itself! Holy F**k!)
Whether in person at the festival, or on the phone from a distance, the By The Rivers boys will be available. Even after a wearisome journey, they’ve still got the jitters. This seriously is more exciting than anything they’ve ever done before!
