Just in time for Halloween, The Damned release their new single “There’s A Ghost In My House”. Links to listen and share below.
It’s the first track from their upcoming covers album “Not Like Everybody Else” dedicated to the late and co-founder Brian James.
They have reimagined the R. Dean Taylor classic with unmistakable gothic energy – Captain Sensible’s urgent guitar and Dave Vanian’s haunting vocals blending Northern soul spirit with dark punk swagger.
The album “Not Like Everybody Else” is out 23rd January 2026 on earMUSIC, featuring covers of songs that influenced Brian James – from Pink Floyd’s “See Emily Play” to The Animals’ “When I Was Young”, closing with The Rolling Stones’“The Last Time” featuring Brian himself from his final performance with the band.
