A big tip from Rough Trade record stores from back in 2024, the highly anticipated debut album is upon us. The young South-London group sound neither young nor specifically of the South-London scene, the classically-trained offbeat trio blend dark fables, intricate melodies and moments of revelation for a truly original piece of creativity.
With Clari Freeman-Taylor (vocals, guitar), Saya Barbaglia (bass, viola) and David Addison (drums) plus production by Oli Bayston (Everything is Recorded, Olivia Dean) and Ben Baptie (The Strokes, Young fathers, Little Simz), there is plenty to be excited about.
