Aathens announce Virtue Signal debut album

AATHENS

NEW LP – VIRTUE SIGNAL

ALBUM – BLANK EDITIONS –  NOVEMBER 8TH 2017

After sharing stages with many of BLANK EDITIONS associates here in London, The label are delighted to welcome London based quartet Aathens to their roster as they prepare to release their debut LP on the 8^th of November 2017.

Layered with spiked and twinkly guitars, off kilter drumming, half sung half shouted vocals and regurgitating details that linger in ones head for weeks and months, Aathens have assembled a sincere and driving post-punk album: harsh and precise yet all the time containing a rare fluidity not found in the oceans of “similar” sounding records we drown in today. Dedicated to community, shared ideas / spaces and their music, Aathens members also play in London based Ice Baths and H. Grimace.
