Aldous Harding announces Barbican show in 2020
Announces Barbican Headline Show20 May 2020On the eve of her sold-out London show at the Roundhouse, Aldous Harding has announced she will headline Barbican’s concert hall next Spring. The prestigious London venue will host the New Zealand musician and her 4-piece live band on 20th May 2020. Tickets go on general sale this Friday 6th December at 9AM.
A pre-sale for Barbican members begins on Thursday 5th.Aldous Harding’s third album, Designer, was released earlier this year to widespread critical praise. After the sleeper success of Party (internationally lauded and crowned Rough Trade Shops’ Album of 2017), Harding reunited with John Parish, producer of Party, and spent three weeks recording and mixing Designer in Monmouth and Bristol, England. Harding was recently awarded a prestigious Silver Scroll Award for ‘The Barrel’ (the New Zealand equivalent of the Ivor Novello) and was nominated in the Solo Artist category at this year’s Q Awards.
