AMY STUDT – Live UK Dates Start Tonight at The Barfly, Camden
AMY STUDT NEW LIVE DATES – APRIL & MAY 2015
London based singer, songwriter and multi instrumentalist, Amy Studt has just announced the next batch of live dates that are planned for this year.
Accompanied by her two-piece backing band, Amy will deliver a brand new live set at The Barfly in Camden on Thursday the 9th of April, Focus Festival on the 23rd of the month and then shows at Live At Leeds and The Macbeth in May.
One of the most truly original and innovative artists around, Studt has been hard at work in her own Sleepwalker Studio writing and recording new material for the forthcoming new album which is set for release later this year. The first taste of what to expect from the eagerly awaited long player will arrive in the shape of a new single, which is set to be announced in the very near future.
Recalling the skewed pop of Mazzy Star and the drama of Bowie era ‘Aladdin Sane’, Amy Studt is creating some of the most beautifully, haunting and inspirational music in the UK right now.
