Released 25/11/2022

New single “So Psychic” out 30/09/2022

Released 25th November 2022, Draped Apes is the second LNFG release from Nashville-based psych-pop group André Salvador and the Von Kings. Imagine Elliott Smith fronting the Flying Burrito Brothers covering the Lemonheads. The band is led by founder and multi-instrumentalist Tim Cheplick who self-released music under the moniker before being joined by drummer Paul Provenzano. The ambiguous band name allows a fluid approach to making music; members come and go and none of them are named André Salvador. The band signed to Last Night From Glasgow in 2020 and released their self-titled label debut later that year, establishing themselves as an exciting new addition to the label.

The album was recorded across studios in Nashville, creating a sprawling 14 tracks that feature a wider array of instruments and guest appearances than their previous work. The album is available 25/11/22 on environmentally conscious eco vinyl.

Upcoming single So Psychic is out this Friday 30th September. Second single Nightmares You Waste is out 28th October.
