Bastille release Glory, taken from their highly acclaimed, No.1 album ‘Wild World’. Whilst much of the album’s narrative asks questions and attempts to make sense of a post truth era, Glory sees Dan Smith finding solace in relationships,“The song is about friendship and those woozy middle-of-the-night chats that drunkenly seem so important at the time. It’s my favourite track on “Wild World”, and we wanted the video to be a celebration of storytelling, relationships, and how two people can remember things completely differently.” Dan Smith
Directed by Daniel Brereton (Metronomy, Django Django, Connan Mockasin) the video was shot in Dallas on a day off during the band’s sold out 34 date American Tour.
