Southern California’s premier live music, art, and culinary event BEACHLIFE FESTIVAL, taking place May 1-3, 2026 on the picturesque waterfront in Redondo Beach, CA, understands that in addition to the sights– stunning coastal views–and sounds–a stellar lineup of musical acts–no festival experience is complete without only the best food and beverage offerings. Partnering with a team of renowned local chefs, BeachLife Executive Chef Chase Carlson, DAOU Vineyards, the Official Wine Partner of BeachLife Festival, and a variety of delicious global cuisine, this year promises a touch of sophistication to the festival experience making BeachLife 2026 an unforgettable celebration of Southern California’s iconic beach life.
After making its debut at last year’s festival, the newly opened California Surf Club–a first-of-its-kind fine-dining and full-service membership club located on the festival grounds–will once again open the doors to club members and a select BeachLife 2026 attendees. BeachLife Executive Chef Chase Carlson will oversee this exclusive VIP dining experience where non-member VIP, Captain, and Captain Plus festival attendees will indulge in artfully prepared gourmet cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and personalized service within a private, laid-back, luxury-meets-surf atmosphere overlooking the LowTide stage and Redondo Beach coast. Walk-up reservations will be available to those with VIP and Captain tickets at the North Grill entrance of the building located within the festival grounds, while Captain Plus ticketholders may enter through the private club entrance.
Elsewhere, the Captain’s Culinary Experience, hosted in the Captain’s Bungalow lounge exclusively for Captain and Captain Plus ticketholders with a spacious view overlooking the HighTide stage, will showcase cuisine from local notable chefs featuring a unique and diverse menu each day of the festival. This year, the Captain’s Bungalow will highlight excelling South Bay restaurants, including Tin Roof Bistro, AttaGirl Hermosa Beach, and California Surf Club North Grill.
“California Surf Club is catering the Captains’ area because it’s a high-trust, flagship hospitality role tied directly to the BeachLife brand,” says Chef Chase Carlson. “For me, it means I am leading one of the most visible and high-pressure culinary executions of the festival. It’s an opportunity to do something different, to create a memory for a guest.”
In addition to exclusive access to the Captain’s Bungalow, Captain and Captain Plus ticketholders also have dedicated unobstructed viewing areas in front and side of stage, hosted bar with beer, wine provided by DAOU, and cocktails, artist meet & greets, preferred VIP parking, private bars and restrooms ensuring shorter lines, and more. There are a limited number of Captain tickets still available.

In addition to the premium dining experiences, BeachLife will offer various food and beverage options including multiple bars, lounges, food vendors, and food trucks across the venue with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options available, accessible to all festival goers. Those available this year include Habit Burger, LoZio Osteria, Wise Barbecue, Innamorata Gelato and more.
New for those looking for an alternative to alcohol, experience a taste of Fiji at the Fiji Airways Kava Bar, where fans can enjoy a traditional welcome drink. Relax, connect, and immerse in a key part of Fijian culture by sharing a bowl of kava. Join for a moment of calm and authentic island hospitality by the beach. STōK Cold Brew Coffee is hosting the SpeakEasy Stage where rock legends and Southern California punk staples will perform reimagined stripped-down versions from their catalogs. LowTide Stage sponsor Cove Soda will be introducing their zero-sugar probiotic soft drinks to BeachLife attendees. HOPWTR will offer their non-alcoholic, sparkling hop water that blends black tea with tangy lemon, providing a hoppy, citrus-forward, and refreshing alternative to beer. Best Bay Brewing will also be onsite with a selection of non-alcoholic beers.
Since launching in 2019, BeachLife has quickly established a reputation for combining the best of Southern California’s idyllic culture into a one-of-a-kind experience with something for everyone.
