The Glasgow band celebrates 30 years of “ If You’re Feeling Sinister”

On Sunday 12 July, the historic Glasgow band BELLE AND SEBASTIAN will perform at the PARCO DELLA MUSICA DI MILANO , in Segrate, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of “ If You’re Feeling Sinister” , one of the most beloved albums of their career.
Released in 1996 , “If You’re Feeling Sinister” has become a regular on “greatest of all time” lists. The album will be performed live in its entirety, along with other songs that made Belle and Sebastian famous.
Led by Stuart Murdoch, Belle and Sebastian have built a unique sonic image over the years, becoming a key player on the international indie pop scene thanks to their elegant, intimate, and instantly recognizable songwriting. The Milan concert promises to be a precious opportunity to experience a band that has profoundly influenced generations of listeners.
The evening will also be enriched by Officina della Camomilla , a project born in Milan and linked to the artistic career of Francesco De Leo, a central name in Italian indie music in recent years .

Milan’s Parco della Musica is a large 70,000 m2 area surrounded by greenery near Linate Airport (via Enzo Jannacci – 20054 Segrate, MI). From June to September 2026, it will come alive with concerts on the two stages, the “Arena” and “Garden,” spanning a wide range of genres and appealing to all generations.
Many international artists have chosen Milan’s Parco della Musica for their only Italian date in the summer of 2026, thanks to the venue’s success. Last year, its first edition closed out a summer season with excellent results and unforgettable concerts, including those by Massive Attack and Smashing Pumpkins. From pop to rock, from electronic to hip-hop, the cross-generational lineup offers a unique experience where nature, spectacle, and entertainment merge.
The two stages are modular , with both seating and standing room. The area features various food and beverage outlets , some of which are accessible even to those without concert tickets , allowing companions and adventurers to enjoy Parco della Musica even without attending the live performance. Six food trucks are located in various areas of the park. Merchandise stores are also available both inside the concert area and at the entrance.
The event uses cashless payment systems and self-service checkouts.
There are 3,000 parking spaces available, which can be purchased online, to reduce traffic jams, or on site.
