DFA’S SHIT ROBOT DJs

Berlin-based electronic group Rhythm Monks make their first NYC appearance with DFA’s Shit Robot at Drom on February 23. Tickets are free until midnight with RSVP via Drom’s website.

As a theatrically-oriented performance group, the Monks use the Drum as a vehicle to find the connection between the archaic rituals of Rhythm and Dance. Considered a Blue Man Group for the EDM community, their stage show is a spectacle. In 2012, Rhythm Monks played Counter Point Festival in Atlanta and Lights All Night Festival in Dallas, but this will be their first club appearance.
