Following the release of Boxed In’s critically acclaimed self-titled debut album (out now on Nettwerk Records), which includes the single ‘Mystery‘, London’s Boxed In has announced some additional UK tour dates for 2015. Having sold out his forthcoming headline show at London’s Electrowerkz, Boxed In will play Oslo in Hackney in June, and will also be supporting Django Django in Leeds and Edinburgh later this month.

‘Mystery’, currently on the A List at BBC 6Music as well as being Huw Stephens’ ‘Single Of The Week’ is a pleasure-pusher; a quirky combination of serendipity and precision.

Boxed In is intellectual without being pretentious, wide-ranging yet accessible and will unite club and indie-rock crowds in a way so few can do. Inspired by the motorik rhythms of Can, Cluster and Neu! as well as house producers, like Pépé Bradock and Theo Parrish.
