Neither Jamie Lidell or Brandt Brauer Frick like to do things by the book. That’s one of the reasons their collaborations are so successful, despite the lack of surface-level similarities between their respective musical output. ‘Broken Pieces’ is one of two songs featuring Lidell from the forthcoming Brandt Brauer Frick album Miami. The album also features Om’mas Keith, Nina Kraviz, Gudrun Gut and Erika Janunger, and will be released March 11th (March 19th in the US) on !K7 Records.
