Bruno Major Unveils Stunning New Track + London Live Dates

Bruno Major is pleased to unveil Second Time, the latest in his ongoing series of monthly releases, recorded within the last four weeks.

Bruno is also proud to announce a further three nights of his monthly “Moon” residency shows in London, and a slot at this year’s Gentlemen of the Road Stopover at The Latitude Festival.

Releasing music for Bruno Major is a cathartic process and an opportunity to let go of a wealth of new material. It’s the reason the North London songwriter announced that he will be releasing his songs on a monthly basis. Second Time is the latest of his smooth, bass-heavy tracks.

Originally written by a friend of Bruno’s, but never released, Second Time is one of Bruno’s favourite songs, and he set about giving the song the release he thought it deserved.

Speaking of the song, Bruno said:

“As a songwriter, I have the privilege of hearing lots of unreleased music – some of which, for whatever reason, never gets released. There is so much art sitting on laptops right now that may never see the light of day. Jonny Lattimer’s ‘Second Time’ was influential on me and remains one of my favourite songs ever, by anyone. It is a crime that the world has never heard it, so I am honoured to have Jonny’s blessing to be the first artist to record it. I hope it brings you as much joy as it has brought to me.”

From April, Bruno will continue his popular monthly residency shows, themed around the phases of the Moon. The new residency commences on the 28th April with Growing Moon at Zigfrid Von Underbelly in Hoxton Square.

Bruno was also announced to perform at this year’s Latitude Festival on the Huw Stephens stage, playing on Mumford & Sons’ Gentlemen of the Road Stopover day. He will appear alongside the likes of Mumford & Sons, Jack Garratt, Lemon Twigs, Declan McKenna, and Maggie Rogers.

Tickets for the first of these live dates are available now through SongKick and Dice.
