Taken from their new album ‘Burnt Offering’ out 17th November on Daptone – drop me a reply for downloads and more information.
The new video, directed by Stephen Pitalo, is montage of 60′s and 70′s horror clips, ranging from supernatural to slasher, cult to demonic possession. What’s great about this video is that the music fits it perfectly, exuding that wonderful giallo style that makes soundtracks stand out as one of the best characters in a film.
The Budos Band employ heavy doses of continent-spanning psychedelic rock to beckon the occult and conjure the supernatural. Hence the title of the band’s fourth album and career high: Burnt Offering. “The darkness of Aphasia is apparent in these classic horror clips, which highlight our fascination with the occult, the evil and the bizarre. The demons of the underworld had their way with our new album “Burnt Offering,” which has dropped chillingly close to Halloween. This new video gives a glimpse into the darkness that pervades not only “Aphasia” but every track of the new record.”
