£1000’s Raised
On 21.08.20 we will release on all worldwide platforms our Isolation Sessions.
The project was conceived on the afternoon of March 17, just days before the UK entered Covid 19 Lockdown. We saw it as a way of engaging our artists, patrons and friends in a project which we hoped would raise some money that we could then donate to worthy causes (Venues, Stores and Music Festivals)By early evening March 17, we had announced the bare bones of our project, had confirmation from 20 artists of their desire to engage, placed a simple preorder link up on our website and by the close of that night had raised over £2,000. The project has grown massively since then.
With a second Vinyl run in production and CD’s available worldwide to any independent record store that wants them, the Isolation Sessions has become our biggest selling record ever.We have donated thousands of pounds to music festivals and local venues, donations of cash and stock have been made to numerous local and national record stores with them retaining 100% of all income generated. The album, originally released in beautiful package with printed inners, interviews with artists and isolation photographs from Brian Sweeney, was available on Transparent Red, Sea Blue, Purple and Black Vinyl and will now be reissued on Crystal Clear Vinyl and a Monorail Exclusive Transparent Pink Vinyl.
Featuring tracks from Bis, Close Lobsters, Cloth, Sister John, Mt. Doubt and many more, the album was mastered by Paul McGeechan (Love & Money/Starless)We sincerely hope that you will find some time to feature what has become a labour of love for all involved and something which shows what can be achieved in adversity
