ANNOUNCE NEW UK & IRELAND TOUR NOV/DEC‘17

The Charlatans have announced details of a full UK and Ireland tour for 2017. Kicking off at Nottingham’s Rock City on November 29^th the band play eleven dates in total, taking in Brixton Academy on December 9^th before finishing in Belfast on the 11^th. The band, Mark Collins on guitar, Martin Blunt on bass, Tim Burgess vocals and Tony Rogers on keyboards will be joined by The Verve’s Pete Salisbury on drums

The band releases their new album on May 26^th. ‘Different Days’ features an array of special guests including Paul Weller, Johnny Marr and New Order’s Stephen Morris an is already receiving rave reviews – Q described it simply as “A wondrous record” and first single ‘Plastic Machinery’ went straight on the A list at 6Music.

Presale tickets are available from Wednesday 17^th at 10.00am via gigs and tours http://gigst.rs/ChrtnsP (excluding Dublin and Belfast) and then go on general sale on Friday 19^th May at 10.00am from www.thecharlatans.net

Prices are, £35 / £45 for Manchester, £35 for London and £28.50 Regionally. Support is to be announced.

We love playing live – our last tour was my favourite we’ve ever done and I’m thinking these dates might be even better. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone xxx
