This continues the phenomenal success of ‘Awaken, My Love!’, which was nominated for 5 GRAMMY Awards earlier this month – Album Of The Year and Best Urban Contemporary Album (‘Awaken, My Love!’), Record Of The Year, Best R&B Song, and Best Traditional R&B Performance (‘Redbone’). Season 2 of ‘Atlanta’ – the acclaimed TV show which Glover stars in, writes and directs – premieres in March, having won awards ranging from two Golden Globes and two Emmys to the Writers Guild of America. Later this year will also see the release of the hugely-anticipated ‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’, in which Glover plays a young Lando Calrissian in the Han Solo spinoff. He has additionally been cast as Simba in the live-action remake of ‘The Lion King’, which has since confirmed additional appearances ranging from Beyonce and James Earl Jones to Seth Rogan and Chiwetel Ejiofor.
