CRAFT SPELLS TO TOUR WITH JULIAN CASABLANCAS; SHARE NEW VIDEO FOR ‘TWIRL’ VIA NOISEY

“a fidgety, rhythmic vibrancy that Idle Labor never attempted” – Pitchfork
“Hazy, emotive, and a bit mysterious—it’s everything that we’ve come to love from the band” – Under The Radar
“combines whispery vocals, mysterious guitar lines, and swooning synth flourishes in a way that’s bigger than before” – Stereogum

Craft Spells is excited to announce they are hitting the road on a North American tour with Julian Casablancas + The Voidz. To celebrate this happy news, they have shared a new video for ‘Twirl’ which premiered on Noisey.

The video was created by director Shaun Libman. Before receiving the track, he had been experimenting with spinning a camera and seeing how it can link images together and present interesting dynamics in editing. During the creation of the video for ‘Twirl’ he used these spinning cameras to illustrate the feeling that one gets when you’re one of two, separating.
