LA quartet Dawes released their highly anticipated new album, ‘All Your Favorite Bands’ on June 1st via their own HUB Records to rave reviews.  Produced by David Rawlings at Woodland Sound Studios in Nashville, TN, it is the band’s fourth album and second on their own label, and features guest appearances from Gillian Welch and The McCrary Sisters.

Following their US dates with Hozier and appearances with Mumford and Sons on their Gentlemen of the Road Festivals the band have added some headline European dates to their already full-to-bursting tour schedule.

Tickets for London’s Oslo http://www.gigsandtours.com/event/dawes/oslo/890627/, Manchester’s Deaf Institute http://www.alt-tickets.co.uk/dawes-tickets and Paris’s Le Boule Noir http://alias.fnacspectacles.com/place-spectacle/manifestation/Pop-rock-Folk-DAWES-BNDAW.htm  go on sale on Friday 3rd July at 9 a.m.

Watch a new stripped down acoustic version of the first single ‘Things Happen’ here:

Dawes singer Taylor Goldsmith recently contributed to ‘Lost on the River – The New Basement Tapes,’ which celebrated the discovery of never-seen Bob Dylan lyrics from the legendary 1967 Basement Tapes period and marked a creative highpoint for the album’s participants – Goldsmith, T Bone Burnett, Elvis Costello, Rhiannon Giddens, Jim James and Marcus Mumford – who brought them to life nearly 50 years later. Goldsmith also recently co-wrote ‘Never Get You Wrong’ from Brandon Flowers’ No. 1 album ‘The Desired Effect.’
