Sam Tinnesz Releases Debut LP, Babel

August 25, 2017 (Nashville, TN) – Out today, Nashville alt/pop artist Sam Tinnesz releases his debut LP, Babel. NATIVE Magazine in Nashville says “His debut LP, Babel… is living proof of Nashville’s collaborative power…” Babel is out on Tinman Entertainment and available to stream or download at all digital outlets.
“This LP is really a view inside my head over the last year or so,” explains Tinnesz. “It’s my debut record as a solo artist, so I felt a lot of pressure for it to not only be good, but also reach my almost unobtainable expectations for myself. There were many times I almost wasn’t going to release any of this music because of my own anxiety or issues, but I’m glad it’s here and I’m happy about where it ended up.”

Working alongside different artists and producers within the Nashville music scene has been a central theme to this debut LP from Tinnesz. After moving to Nashville 15 years ago from Atlanta, Tinnesz has spent that time building relationships in this diverse music-centric town. He worked with a different producer for each track on Babel, and features performances from Super Duper, Yacht Money, and Silverberg, all rising artists in the Nashville music scene.

Babel is also an opportunity for Tinnesz to step out into the forefront. Many listeners may recognize his music from TV & film placements, or perhaps from Tinnesz’s previous EP releases with his indie rock group WAVE & ROME. In the past year alone Tinnesz’s music has been placed in the Spider-Man Homecoming international trailer, The Walking Dead, and most recently his single “Legends Are Made” is anchoring the commercial for NBC/Golf Channel’s Fedex Cup Championship campaign.
