deux furieuses to support God Damn in London on March 9th and appear on the Loud Women compilation Volume 1 (released March 2017)

UK’s Hottest Hard Hitters are a pair of women musicians. Anglo-Scottish rockers, deux furieuses, have been compared favourably to many of the alternative greats from Savages to a female Manic Street Preachers.

Summer’s debut, ‘Tracks Of Wire’, a 100% DIY release, is increasingly acknowledged one of the UK’s albums of the year. In the national and independent press, feedback from a following who wear their admiration, loudly on their sleeve at gigs. The shows belong on much bigger stages. Festivals seeking more female representation, take note.

Defiantly insisting equality for all, Ros (vocals/guitar) and Vas (kit/bvs) are armed with articulate prose of rage fit to deliver some of the grandest rock anthems in a long while. This in turn underlines their place as one of the key new components of the best punky music outbreak, in years.

agit punk provocateurs, deux furieuses are increasingly in demand, not just on the live circuit (and they are also incredible in session) but for the best new compilation albums (for Hope Note Hate and the female powered club/festival collective, Loud Women). Good people are making good things happen.

The band’s first appearance of 2017 is to support God Damn at their London show on 9th March. Further live shows to be confirmed. The future is equal. From the album ‘Tracks Of Wire’, your new favourite femme powered rock and roll stars
