Diane Cluck announces her upcoming US tour by releasing two new songs from of forthcoming new album Boneset out March 4 on Important Records. Noisey premieres the captivating “Why I Feel Alone” while Brooklyn Vegan premieres the bewitched “Heartloose,” both debuting this afternoon marking the announcement of her US tour beginning February 22 in Upstate New York. Boneset is Cluck’s seventh release and her first since the 2006 release of Monarcana, marking the return of the much-celebrated neo-folk artist that Devandra Banhart championed as “my favorite singer-songwriter in all of New York City.” A frequent collaborator with CocoRosie, Diane has also been cited as influencing Laura Marling, Sharon Van Etten, and Florence Welch (of Florence And The Machine).
