The Legendary Tigerman releases his sixth LP, Misfit, on August 24th via Dirty Water Records. A modern-day concept album that finds him on a journey of self-discovery during a road trip from Los Angeles to Death Valley, it features eleven tracks of dark, hypnotic desert-rock, along with a bonus EP that showcases the Tigerman’s softer side.
Highlights include “Motorcycle Boy,” a song built upon crunchy, razor-sharp guitar riffs and a danceable beat, and “Fix Of Rock’n’Roll” which tells a tale of dirty desire with wailing guitars and seductive vocals.

The album’s four bonus tracks include three originals and a hazy cover of Tom Waits’ “Tango Till They’re Sore,” and are exclusive to the US & UK release of Misfit.
The Legendary Tigerman is Portugal-based multi-instrumentalist and blues aficionado Paolo Furtado, who has played festivals and sold-out shows around the world. He first rose to critical acclaim with 2009’s Femina, which went Platinum in Portugal. Furtado plans to tour Europe and the US in 2019.
