Erasure have announced a surprise new album:  Day-Glo (Based on a True Story).

An unexpected album of 10 new tracks, Vince and Andy took elements from The Neon to create an entirely new album that bears little resemblance to its predecessor. Familiar but unexpected, the album is an alternative look into Vince and Andy‘s world and marks the final chapter of The Neon. Day-Glo (Based on a True Story) will be out digitally, on CD, and limited edition green fluorescent vinyl August 12th. Pre-order here.
